The ground floor entrance apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains a bath, a toilet, and a wash basin. Guests need to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The living area contains a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is also a dining table and chairs, and this opens to a covered balcony with built-in braai facilities. There are 5 steps from the balcony to the grass area.
Secure parking is provided by the entrance door of the unit, which makes it easier to enter.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A CANCELATION FEE of R700 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R700 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
PS. A postponing fee from between R250-R500 will be charged extra for postpone bookings, if the client cancels after postponing , there will be no refund. Postponing will not be allowed 1 - 2 weeks before arrival.
