The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The adjacent lounge has comfortable couches for guests to relax and features a TV with DStv channels.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with outdoor seating, sun loungers, and ocean views. The complex also boasts 24-hour security and electric fencing. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, communal fire pit, braai area, tennis court, a games room, children’s play area, and secure parking within the complex.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A non-refundable CANCELATION FEE of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
