Chesapeake Bay 32 is a sea-view self-catering apartment located in the secure Chesapeake Bay complex, overlooking the beach in Margate, and close to various shops, restaurants, and amenities, making this an ideal location for a family coastal holiday.
This second-floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 child-only bunk beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge for the extra adults. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the second bathroom has a shower-over-bath. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for entertainment, a flat-screen TV with an Open View decoder is available.
The living area opens onto a balcony with sea views. Guests can take advantage of a communal swimming pool, a children’s jungle gym, a tennis court, communal braai stands, and secure on-site parking.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A CANCELATION FEE of R700 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R700 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
PS. A postponing fee from between R250-R500 will be charged extra for postpone bookings, if the client cancels after postponing , there will be no refund. Postponing will not be allowed 1 - 2 weeks before arrival.
