The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area includes a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers comfortable couches, and a smart TV with DStv channels, along with free Wi-Fi, is also available. This property has a battery backup system for the Wi-Fi, TV, and lights during loadshedding. The fridge can also be plugged in if need be.
The lounge opens onto a spacious sea-facing balcony with an outdoor dining area. Guests benefit from secure parking within the complex.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A non-refundable CANCELATION FEE of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
