The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 1 single bed with a pull out bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table. The lounge offers comfortable couches, and a TV. The living area has sliding doors opening to a deck with sea views.
The Periwinkle complex offers a communal swimming pool and a garden for children to play in.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A non-refundable CANCELATION FEE of R800 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R800 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
