Other facilities include a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV and a stunning sea view. Guests should bring their own DStv decoder, as there is only an Open View decoder in the unit. This unit is close to the communal braai area.
The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal pool with a stunning sea view, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is a children’s playroom with a giant chess set.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A non-refundable CANCELATION FEE of R600 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R600 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
