Summer Place 12 is a lovely self-catering apartment located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal option for a coastal family holiday.
This apartment is on the second floor with around 18 plus 12 steps to climb, and can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, has a door opening to the balcony, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share the second bathroom, which is fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has comfortable couches and a ceiling fan. For guests’ entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, selected DStv channels, and access to free Wi-Fi.
The unit opens to a spacious covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and views of the swimming pool and ocean. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, braai area, and secure on-site parking within the complex. The property is also conveniently located near the boat club.
1.1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
2.2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
3.Same day or while here ,Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the payment is refundable.
4.A CANCELATION FEE of R700 will be levied on all cancellations.
5.This R700 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
PS. A postponing fee from between R250-R500 will be charged extra for postpone bookings, if the client cancels after postponing , there will be no refund. Postponing will not be allowed 1 - 2 weeks before arrival.
